Certification is valid on a one-year subscription basis for all levels and domains. It is the responsibility of the certificate holder to initiate the renewal process by applying before the expiry of the current certification period.

An extension of up to 12 months from the date of expiry may be granted by the certification body, subject to proper justification.

The renewal process ensures that the candidate has remained actively engaged in the field of project management during the certification period and continues to demonstrate the required level of competencies for which the certificate is held.
